Ammonia Oxidation Catalysts (AMOX)

BASF ECMS’s patented AMOX ammonia oxidation catalysts are designed to prevent ammonia breakthrough or slip in SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) systems. This prevents ammonia from reaching the atmosphere.

The AMOX catalyst coating can be zoned onto the SCR substrate. It can also be put on a separate substrate. This provides greater flexibility for system design.
