The Port Elizabeth auto catalyst coating plant was established in September 1994 within the Ford Engine Plant. As demand grew, the facility expanded its capacity in December 2001. Today, it manufactures catalysts for the global automotive industry.

  • Light-duty vehicles (gasoline and diesel)
  • Three-Way Conversion Catalysts (TWC) 
  • Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC) 
  • Catalyzed Soot Filters (CSF)
  • Selective Catalytic Reduction Catalysts (SCR)
  • Ammonia Oxidation Catalysts (AMOX) 
  • Lean NOx Traps (LNT)
