Tim is Senior Vice President, Mobile Emissions Catalysts, a position he assumed in April 2026.
Prior to his current role, Tim served as Senior Vice President of Precious Metals Services and Recycling in Iselin, New Jersey. Before that, he was Vice President of Precious Metals Refining, Chemicals and Battery Recycling, also based in Iselin. Tim joined BASF in 2004, and throughout his tenure has held roles with increasing leadership responsibility.
